They cover up poor management by doing little events at the office to make it look like they are resident friendly. Staff has always been nice but this team is lacking in actually taking action to improve the property. I was told I would be getting an updated unit. I was moved into a filthy, falling apart unit full of bugs and never cleaned prior to move in because the unit wasn't ready on my move I'm date.
