They cover up poor management by doing little events at the office to make it look like they are resident friendly. Staff has always been nice but this team is lacking in actually taking action to improve the property. I was told I would be getting an updated unit. I was moved into a filthy, falling apart unit full of bugs and never cleaned prior to move in because the unit wasn't ready on my move I'm date. This place is not built well! The a/c go out from pushing to much. The upstairs apartments were built with no lights in the main rooms, no ceiling fans in place of lights, painted over cracks and water damage spots. Water pipes keeps bursting. They need to install attic fans to take some of the heat off the upstairs apartments. The office needs more workers who actually do their jobs and not play on their phones or surf the net. This apartment complex will scam you when you try to leave resulting in a major loss of money in double charges! You will be told one thing over the phone, and then it not be credited because of a contract. Apartment manager lied straight to me, costing me thousands. And I was told that it was “not their responsibility”.
