Kathy was a terrific sales person. She stayed in contact with me for weeks and worked with my budget. She was funny and personable and made this experience fun. Jorge was pleasant as well! David was awesome in the finance dept. He explained everything with a smile and was very happy to help me. This is my first Alfa, but I think I'll be back! Thanks to the whole crew!!!!
Hands-down the best car dealership experience I've ever had in my life and my mom mom who was with me said the same thing! Kathy is one of the best salespeople I've ever met, she is both knowledgeable and caring at the same time. Other the Melbourne and Orlando dealerships, we were so disappointed and figured we needed to look for something else to pull behind our MotorHome. I just made my second purchase from this dealership. I bought a FIAT 500 three years ago and just traded it for the new FIAT 124 Spider. It was a pleasant buying experience, overall. My little FIAT 500 was a very reliable car. The only thing I needed the service department for was oil changes and they always got me in and out quickly.
