My Alfa was picked up almost 3 weeks ago and taken to this service center (biggest regret ever). They told me it would take 5 days to replace what was the issue - come to find out they ordered the part, the part was canceled for some reason a week later and then reordered a week after that.. I have a newborn baby and expressed how much I need my vehicle after they picked it up. They have not kept up communication with my husband or I. We have left several messages without calls back. Tried repeatedly to get an appointment for service, but couldn't even get a call back after several days.
I have bought 3 brand new cars through this dealer and i have had zero issues with the sales team. They are great. The Service department not so much. I took my 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio in to service due to a recall (2nd time) for a leak on the passenger side of the vehicle near the windshield. My carpet was soaked. I have a fiat. and it has had numerous mechanical issues. over and over something large needs to be fixed. i think i have spent more on repairs than i did on the actual car. and it has less than 50k miles. and i can never get anyone ever on the phone in the service dept on the phone

Without Question, the best Dealership I have been to-EVER. My Abarth Spider was in for a recall (computer update) & in less than 1hr my car was inspected, updated washed & keys handed back! Although my car has had Zero issues, my 3 times being at Parks’s have been the best. Vehicle purchase, oil change @ 6 months and now this recall. Highest recommendation! Love my Spider! 🕷
