Omg!!! I was so nervous about purchasing a car, i hadnt had a vehicle sense April and i NEEDED the most for my money. I knew what i was looking for and found it and then some at Duncan!! Robert Medlin and the rest of the team really made me feel confident and comfortable in my purchase!!! When it was all done i was ready to buy the whole crew a beer!!!��� I know i made the right choice and i look forward to working with them again!!!
Awesome staff, awesome selection, awesome experience, including a heated, " Gentleman's Discussion, as I will call it with the manager. They went above and beyond and I found a new home for any vehicle needs. I have already recommended them and will continue that.
We purchased our first Acura in September 2017 from Duncan and salesman Ray Kirby. All members of the Duncan team were great to work with during the process. The purchasing experience was stress-free and we have felt supported since. We love our new MDZ and have not had any trouble, only enjoying driving a great vehicle. Ray and the Acura company know how to support new buyers without making them feel overwhelmed.
Duncan acura has worked with me three times now and each experience was awesome!! This past experience was when I purchased my new 2018 RDX. Ray Kirby worked with me to ensure I got the perfect RDX for me. He was very patient and kind when I was struggling with color and package options and asked him a million questions!! If you plan to buy from Duncan Acura/Audi I recommend Ray as your sales person! He also kept in touch everyday to keep me informed of my Acura arrival as it had to be brought in from another dealer!
Literally drove 4 hours to buy a vehicle that I had called about that I had seen online. I told the salesman I was on my way and that I would make the purchase once I saw the vehicle. I was 30 minutes away and received a text that someone was test driving the vehicle. I arrived and was told that the vehicle had been sold. The manager told me that it didn't matter since I didn't place a deposit on the vehicle.
