I’m dumbfounded about their business model; they didn’t respond to my inquiry on an Acura RDX. Said they were calling me back but never did nor responded to my emails. I ended up buying my RDX in North Carolina.

My husband and I were very impressed with Duncan Acura and the crown jewel of the place was Jason Fink. When we walked into the show room, he didn't try to sell us a car. He tried to understand who we were and what we were looking for. It was like going to a (good) doctor, who listens first and prescribes second. Strong work .... the whole team!
