RecommendedIts hard to think of ONE reason there are so many. But if pressed I would say CUSTOMER CULTURE. Parks doesnt really hire people and TEACH them about serving the Customer ....they HIRE folks that have in their DNA the desire to serve the Customer. That makes a real difference when buying and/or selling one of the biggest things in your life ....#forthecustomer
