Horrible medical practice! As a new patient I requested a standard preventive test referral but never received it. I subsequently called the clinic staff, the referral coordinator, and the office manager over the course of a month with no response from anyone at the office. I will find a new practice but encourage everyone to avoid this place - no concern for their patients or even for basic acts of professionalism.
I have had such a great experience with Parkridge primary care. I struggle greatly with medical anxiety and can dread seeing a doctor, but the staff at Parkridge are so friendly and professional that it makes for a great experience. This is a great place to get established with a primary care physician.
