When you get lied to for several weeks saying move in soon have more than the money good luck for they pick and choose ohh and they look down on you for hard work and not having a vehicle to negative and very rude gentleman I understand the good sir is not in control of his thoughts or emotions hope to see him grow peace and tranquility be with you stay blissed
Been here 8 years. It's non-slum cheap but with a price.
this place is one of the cheaper apartments in the area. if you can live with it not modernized like the newer apartments; it will suffice for the time being. buildings built since the 1970's at park ridge apartments. the windows could use some renovation. electric wiring could use some renovation. would not recommend using the provided washer/dryer in basement. the one in my building is old and they don't bother to renovate it. no smoking inside building. winter snow plow is "on need basis" only around 10am-noon or midnight... read more
