I have worked in Marketing for over 10 years and Bay inc, by far, has the most strategic and successful business strategy. All new hires are entry-level and prove their commitment to the company before they are promoted. Many perks and bonuses are available and all goals are obtainable. A great opportunity for the motivated.

I did an internship with Bay Inc last summer and I had a blast! We got to enjoy the beautiful weather and offer amazing deals simultaneously. My co-workers were amazing, great teamwork. Daily meetings with management helped me to reach my goals. Valuable learning experience :)
