RecommendedLiving at Central Bay over the past year has been so amazing! I feel blessed to not only have this gorgeous, relaxing view when I come home but to also be surrounded by amazing people who live/work here! If there’s ever the smallest issue, it’s addressed quickly and I love that it’s pet friendly! While I don’t have one of my own yet, it’s really fun to see all the lovable pets around here!

RecommendedLOVE Bennington Place Apartments!! I moved to Wichita about 3 years ago and this is the best place I have live in the ICT. Not only is it an amazing location (walking distance to Dominos 😉) and all of your major grocery stores and West side shopping but the staff here also amazing. The office staff always has a smile when I walk through the door, the maintenance staff is always very prompt and professional, and the grounds keepers always have a smile and wave when I drive by (makes me feel back at home)! RecommendedVery helpful staff, nice interiors, rent is a good deal for such a great location. The pool and gym are always in top shape, and it is overall my favorite place I've lived.
RecommendedBy far, one of the best complexes I have lived in ever! The staff is awesome. Any maintenance issues are resolved that day! Would recommend this to anyone that was looking for an apartment.
RecommendedCentral Bay Apartments are great! Very friendly staff! During quarantine when we couldn’t get paper towels through grocery pick up and didn’t want to go to in the store with our new baby, they graciously delivered some right to our door!
RecommendedI love living here! Everyone is very friendly and the maintenance staff responds to your work orders in a timely manner. I also love how pet friendly it is here.
