Great services and quality. However, prior to the appointment, I received numerous amounts of phone calls and text messages from Parklane to confirm my appointment. Although I have confirmed my appointment through text message and phone call, I still received text messages and phone calls from Parklane. It iwas very annoying.
One of my best dental experiences ever. The staff was friendly and made sure I knew exactly what was going on the entire time. Exactly what I was missing with my previous dentist. Also the office is gorgeous! I’ve been raving about this place since yesterday... and plan to continue :)
All the staff are very attentive. My concerns and questions were answered. So far so good.
