Excellent and high quality of services
Heidi did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! She was very friendly, skillful, and always made sure I was as comfortable as possible. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I left with stain-free and very clean teeth. As usual, all the rest of the staff here are amazing. They all have excellent customer service and are very efficient at keeping the wait time minimal!

Experience in general was good. However, it would be nice if the people (assistants/hygienists) that work there introduce themselves before approaching to a patient's mouth. When the hygienist approached me, she didn't say her name or introduce herself, so I felt weird and less confident about them until I had to ask about their work history.

good reminders to help me remember my appointment date and time. all dental staff friendly and helpful. i like how i'm told every step of the way during my dental procedure what is going on.. and i'm constantly informed.. even if the dental associate is placing cotton in my mouth she explains to me... which puts me at ease.
