The amenities are awesome! The entire staff is very friendly and efficient. It’s really a great place to live.
I’m a very low key and stay to myself person so me writing this review means there’s issues! Up until about 4/5 months ago I loved Parklane Cypress. Once they put all new people in the office it’s been down hill ever since! Let’s just be honest they get us in with the bowling alley, indoor hoop and theater but in reality you can’t use these features at your own leisure. Love, love, love this place! Our son just rented his first apartment there after touring several properties in the area. All of the properties were nice, but this one really stood out. It's beautiful, well-designed, granite countertops, great appliances, wood-style floors. Great location, easy access to major roads, HEB nearby.
