This place is terrible. This is the parent company for Willow Terrace, and neither party will get back with you when you have an issue. The one singular time I got a response, it was vague, and when I sent follow up questions (which they stated I should do if I had any), nothing. Tried all sorts of avenues to get a response, emails, calls, and still nothing. Don't rent here. The city had to get involved to force them to fix a sewer pipe. Now they fine you for anything and everything. The worst place ever!!! Want to feel depressed, live here. I would rather be homeless than live here!!!!!
DO NOT RENT/BUY HOMES WITH THEM. My Family member has been living with in one of the communities managed by Parkland Ventures Inc for the past 10+years. Recently this year in 2024 they want to charge absurd fees for no reason, No warning given, their maintenance people pass by in their carts and apparently they take pictures of the “violations” and if that specific person passes twice then that’s how many times they charge you for the “violation” tell me if that’s FAIR.
