The front office, has been so helpful. They helped me understand my insurance and get fought to get an insurance claim paid. Thank you girls...
I was so scared to go to the Dentist, but when I come to see Dr. Korsmo I am never scarred. I come in and if feels like family, I know all the girls up front. They are so nice. The assistants in the back take great care of me. It doesn't smell like a dental office, or feel scarey. :)
I have worked at Parkland as a hygienist for over 15 years, and even with changes in staff over the years I love coming to work. They are my second family and they (we) treat our patients like family. Unlike other dental offices, at Parkland you will hear much laughter and see many smiles. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. The staff is awesome! Everyone is friendly and easy-going--always a comfortable atmosphere. Their pricing is very reasonable. Erin is the best hygienist I've ever had--does a thorough, gentle job on my teeth...and keeps me laughing the entire time! Most importantly, my two young kids SO look forward to their dentist appointments, because the girls there make it such a hoot for them; which, in turn, makes my job as parent much easier.
