Really negligent staff here. I stayed in one of the apartments to watch my friend's dogs and my car was towed despite the fact that the people in the leasing office agreed there wasn't proper signage saying where parking was and was not allowed and refused to help. I was told the only solution is to park in the leasing office spots which are always full, leaving guests to utilize the 2 hour street parking which often results in parking tickets and towing. They do not care about their paying tenants in the slightest. Elevator has been down continuously. Residents requiring wheelchairs are unable to live independently and are held captive in their rooms with no means to exit the building safely.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Your cars will be towed, your worries will not be addressed and if you have a husband in a wheelchair and the elevator breaks then they REALLY don’t care. Been stuck in our apartment for 4 days. They will not pay for us a hotel to have our independence back, best part of it all is that this happened last month for 8 days. They think comping us $480 on our final weeks rent is enough, when all we are asking is A) the elevator to be fixed IN A TIMELY MANNER or B) a hotel because my husband who is unable to wal... read more

Total disregard for wheelchair bound residents! Elevator has been out of order several days in a row, multiple weeks. The management of this complex should be ashamed and embarrassed to ignore the situation. My son is in a chair and basically trapped in his apartment. Think twice before you rent here! I hope they receive a huge fine for not complying with ADA laws!
I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. Staff is amazing as well!

In the last 6 months several things have been stolen from residents. This includes items in the hallway, on patios, and packages that are being delivered. And management says there’s really nothing that they can do. So basically there is no security there

It appears you haven’t spoken to the Community Manager she will reach out to you with some possible solutions .
1150 dollars a month just to live in a box also they have a damages futher more the residents are rude ash.Lastly the management is horrible and they are super nosey.
