Not surprised to see that within the last year or two there are nothing but negative reviews. If you're looking to move here, be wary of the offices/management's money gauging tactics. On several occasions, do they try to take advantage of their residents for when it comes to living here. So many different fees and high charges. Prime example is when my girlfriend and I have moved out to an upgraded apartment in the same complex. RecommendedLooking for an apartment and had a great tour and great breakdown of financials as well as friendly and helpful staff. Amazing community and great views. Definitely recommend to anybody moving to the Denver area. Marcus Alvarado the assistant manager was awesome!
Up until vacating we would have overwhelmingly recommended this place. The apartments themselves are great. The location is prime. But my husband has been out of the apartments for a couple months now and has yet to receive his very large deposit back. Not the best time to hold people’s money hostage. Especially someone who was an ideal tenant, never missed a month of rent, and left the apartment in better condition than he got it in.

If you’re thinking about living here. DON’T. The apartments are nice but management is HORRIBLE and not worth the headache. The management is by far the worst group of individuals you’ll ever have the misfortune of having to deal with.
Today’s episode of reasons why not to live here include Cockroaches. Yep. Run. Save your kids. Save your family. Save yourself. I’m not joking.
