Up until vacating we would have overwhelmingly recommended this place. The apartments themselves are great. The location is prime. But my husband has been out of the apartments for a couple months now and has yet to receive his very large deposit back. Not the best time to hold people’s money hostage. Especially someone who was an ideal tenant, never missed a month of rent, and left the apartment in better condition than he got it in.
If you’re thinking about living here. DON’T. The apartments are nice but management is HORRIBLE and not worth the headache. The management is by far the worst group of individuals you’ll ever have the misfortune of having to deal with.

I personally have had a great experience with Parkhouse Apartments by Greystar. Our apartment was spotless when we moved in back in October. The amenities are fantastic, two large pools with hot tubs, two incredible gyms (I do not even have to buy a gym membership), a dog grooming area, and trails around the entire complex. Our experience with these apartments have been the worst since the moment we have moved in. Now I am trying to get ahold of the office to come clean up dog poop that is going all the way up to the third floor. This is HORRIBLE! The office will not answer the phone. How is it that I have dog poop in front of my door and I don’t even have a dog. Smh!!!!!! I can’t wait to get out of here DONT move here. It’s not a luxury feeling like they say it is!
Best place I have lived! From the easy move-in process, to the awesome maintenance team that keeps the outside looking top-notch, to the hot tub and the connivence of two gyms. Every time I go into the office I am greeted with a smile and the ladies in the office are always willing to help! Beautiful apartments, perfect location. Couldn’t want anything more!
