Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
