Firstly Logan and Erik were amazing and I’d highly recommend them at any time. Now Mike who is the main builder ie: the boss, he has been the worst part of me being a home owner. The builders installed two different types of sprinklers in my yard and when one broke and flooded my front yard to the point a cop spoke to me about it I contacted Mike via the warranty sticker under my sink. He came and looked at it and after a few days it was fixed. (Yay right) well I informed Mike I needed a receipt or a copy of the transaction ... read more
My clients and I are very appreciative of the help received from Andy Shipp at Legend Homes!.. not a regular sales rep, he will send updates in regards to the home, videos and very attentive to every detail! I would recommend this community 100%
They don't clean very well and nothing done on time....
