Consumer beware. Parker and Sons attempted a whole house water line repipe. They left the drywall they took apart damaged and in disrepair. Convinced me to prepay 3850.00 to have that repaired after already investing over $17000.00 for the repipe project. They have failed to schedule the repairs and failed to return calls. They have responded to an email although the has also fallen thru the cracks. I have asked for my money to be refunded and they fail to do so. Parker and Sons was more than 3 times the cost of the 3 other plumbers I contacted to replace a hot water heater. They were called first and obviously tried to take advantage of me as my hot water heater had died. Numerous add-ons that were ABSOLUTELY NOT NEEDED. Melvin was who they sent. Get multiple quotes if you think about these guys. I tried to contact them about this absurd quote but nobody was will to get back with me. Go figure. Stay away if you want to save money.
