Edit to respond to comment left: You stripped the burner assembly fixture when you "cleaned" the assembly. We had to get an entire new one. So much incompetence there's not enough room on here to type it all out. Had to hire someone else to repair all the damage they did.
Needed a water heater installed.took 1 hour. Outstanding work. Will be my go to hvac contractor from now on .far better and cheaper than SM . Thank you!
We called them to install our pellet pipe thru our roof, they came did measurements and said they would have it back to us. Dave did say they might want to convert to 4” at the top which we was good with. So called them this morning and they told me they wouldn’t even do an estimate because they don’t deal in 3” pipe. Common courtesy of a phone call or something. It’s amazing they don’t deal with 3” pipe but all pellet stoves come in 3”. Heard good things about them but how they just handled me is uncalled for. As a guy previously mentioned, it took a few calls to finally fix some reoccurring issues. But wow. Parker was on it. Nice people. Not one time did they grumble at me for the many trips they made out to Battle Mountain to make it right. I absolutely trust them. They stand behind their work and that’s a beautiful thing in today’s contracting world.
