Called in for a furnace that quit working. Got me an appointment the next day. Gentleman came out and had everything figured out fast, let me know what was going on. Ran to get parts and had heat back in my house fast! Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much! I may call soon about a pellet stove install.

Never again. I called for my yearly heater maintenance. First of all, when I called to schedule, I wasn't impressed with the service, Tinas always in a bad mood, not friendly, I hate that. Second James came out. He took off the panel, did not perform the same service as last year, didn't do anything, last year he checked the sensors, vacuumed out etc. Actually took apart and replaced a copper coil. I reached out to Parker Solutions for handyman services after seeing Ernest’s post advertising work in the Elko area. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. We scheduled appointments on four separate evenings, yet each time, he failed to show up, citing various excuses. On the fourth attempt, he finally admitted that it was difficult for him to leave work because he actually lives 35 minutes away. Edit to respond to comment left: You stripped the burner assembly fixture when you "cleaned" the assembly. We had to get an entire new one. So much incompetence there's not enough room on here to type it all out. Had to hire someone else to repair all the damage they did.
