Used parker to get our central air put in. First install they didn't but a pipe on right and fell off. They did come and fix it worked great till sunday 8/2/26when it all stopped working. My husband and I have called many times with no answer or a call back.

Thanks guys for your determination to resolve my HVAC issues. Thanks for always taking my calls and responding to my emails. These guys are more than willing when the other HVAC in town acts like your moneys no good. Save yourself the time and call Parker Solutions

Called in for a furnace that quit working. Got me an appointment the next day. Gentleman came out and had everything figured out fast, let me know what was going on. Ran to get parts and had heat back in my house fast! Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much! I may call soon about a pellet stove install.

Never again. I called for my yearly heater maintenance. First of all, when I called to schedule, I wasn't impressed with the service, Tinas always in a bad mood, not friendly, I hate that. Second James came out. He took off the panel, did not perform the same service as last year, didn't do anything, last year he checked the sensors, vacuumed out etc. Actually took apart and replaced a copper coil. I wanted my ducting checked for secure connections and or holes. He went under my trailer, basically didnt check all 6 vents. Ca... read more
