He has managed my property for years, I have zero complaints. His office is always prompt, efficient, and on time with payments. I have absolutely nothing to say bad about his management. I would highly recommend, as an owner.
I lived in a property for years before he took over as property manager. This gentleman was a nightmare. So after being in this property for over 11 years I decided it was time to move due to him coming in and taking over the property. He left me with A hole in my garage ceiling for a month. Never came to fix it. After I moved he made up statements to keep my deposit. Deal with this gentleman at your own risk.
Larry has managed my property in Dallas, TX for the past 9 years. I moved to Chicago in 2011 and decided to keep my home in Texas and rent it out.
