I’ve had the pleasure of renting from Parker Properties for the past year. Mr. Parker and the team at Parker Properties is absolutely amazing! They are very attentive to all maintenance requests, and stay on top of all annual servicing as well (e.g. HVAC, etc). Parker Properties: responsive, pleasant, and professional!
I have been renting from Larry Parker for 10 years. He is by far the best land lord and property manager.
The Best stress release exercise is roller skating your wheels off leaving everything behind...!!!
He has managed my property for years, I have zero complaints. His office is always prompt, efficient, and on time with payments. I have absolutely nothing to say bad about his management. I would highly recommend, as an owner.
I lived in a property for years before he took over as property manager. This gentleman was a nightmare. So after being in this property for over 11 years I decided it was time to move due to him coming in and taking over the property. He left me with A hole in my garage ceiling for a month. Never came to fix it. After I moved he made up statements to keep my deposit. Deal with this gentleman at your own risk.
