I was in town for only a short visit and my sister was trying to make the arrangements for the dental appointment for me to take my mom. She's in an assisted living facility and doesn't drive. She also has short term memory loss and asks the same things over and over again. And to cover for her lack of memory she will make up a story about something she can't remember but should. My appointment for hygiene was very good. I saw the dentist briefly. I would recommend them.
