My husband and I recently purchased a condo at the Westglen Villiage Condominiums. The HOA is through Parker *****. I have reached out to them multiple times to get help with making payments and a few other things. No one EVER answers the phone and no one ever returns my voicemails. We haven't even moved in yet and the HOA is already a pain to deal with! Parker-Brown property management is the worst company I have ever had to interact with. I bought a property that had an HOA that was managed by them and I should have known from the beginning that they were a joke. They don't respond when you call/email, they fine you stating that you had been previously given a warning about something when you never receive anything, they don't fix damaged property in a timely manner nor do they care. This company a joke for a property management company. They don't manage anything. They take your HOA money and never follow through when issues do occur. It takes them 4 months to change your name on a unit when you sell and keep billing you even though you sold your unit. They never communicate with you as a homeowner and could care less if you have issues. Even if you contact a manager/owner they don't even get back to you. Don't use them, run as fast as you can. My experience with Parker Brown has been a positive one overall! When issues have come up in the HOA community, their response time has been impressive. Major issues seem to be dealt with as a priority and in a timely manner. Brandon M**** has worked tirelessly and long hours for the HOA community alongside board members. I have rented with Parker Brown for more than a year. I moved into new construction and it was challenging to wait for city, post office, and websites to recognize our new address (and my neighbors). DeAnne was fierce as she fought to get out mailboxes set up by the post office. I recently rented a condo through Parker Brown. Andria provided excellent service through the entire experience. She was prompt in all communication and guided me through the process. It was my first time renting in over 20 years and Andria was patient and considerate throughout.
