Agent here, I have been trying to get a hold of HOA documents for two different listings that fall under this company, and I have not received any form of response since February... It is now mid-April. No voicemail response, no email response, no website response. I went in person today and the doors are locked with a sign saying 'by approved pre-scheduled appointment Only'... But will NOT answer phones or emails to schedule anything! This is a joke

I have lived in my community run by Parker brown for just short of 2 years, and it has been nothing but raised fees and false promises. They are impossible to communicate with. Nothing ever gets fixed. When serious issues are brought up they are pushed to the side and told we are looking into it but then nothing ever comes of it. They have an emergency line that gets ignore even if it leads to building flooding. Our community building foundations are crumbling due to their lack of care for the maintenance of the community. If you are considering using Parker Brown for your HOA or as your personal property manager RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION! They never respond to emails, never answer the phone and their offices are rarely open during their posted business hours when you have a problem. Horrible customer service and will be actively urging our Board to seek a new property management company that knows how to actually manage an HOA. They do not deserve this one star rating!

*********************** was hired to manage the Heritage view Condos in *****. According to the bylaws we are supposed to have yearly owners meetings an have copies of all meeting meeting notes from said meeting and from the board meetings as well. As far as I am Concerned *********************** isn't worth 1/4 star. At ************** in ****, it is a tradition to raise our hoa fee 20$ a month. Last year at Christmas we were Notified that we All had to pay ****** to repaint all the Front doors and to change our shutters for warrantees free ones. I could have Bought a Brand New Front door, then less than that. This year Christmas gift is 3 Days of 0 snow removal this year And another 20.00$ hit to our monthly hoa fee being raised to ******. Parker Brown placed a renter in my rental property who started a kitchen fire, their insurance company cut them a check to pay a contractor to do the repairs. I sent them the invoice for my contractor to begin construction on my property and David P***** will not respond to any emails regarding my check. I am losing money waiting for my property to be repaired. The insurance company paid them about a month and a half ago.

Our experience with Parker Brown who manages the 965 apartments in Salt Lake City has not been a positive one. We had a slow tub drain when we moved in and after 4 months and multiple bottles of drain cleaner the problem was still not solved. They finally called a plumber and then charged US for the service call. The blockage was due to construction debris. We are still fighting that. Parker Brown is so incompetent it's amazing. They never follow up and it's like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. I live in West Valley, Utah. Construction was just done on the building i live in. The contractors that did it cracked the cement in many places, busted my outside door light, dented my door, left concrete on the walkways and left glue on the walkways. My husband and I recently purchased a condo at the Westglen Villiage Condominiums. The HOA is through Parker *****. I have reached out to them multiple times to get help with making payments and a few other things. No one EVER answers the phone and no one ever returns my voicemails. We haven't even moved in yet and the HOA is already a pain to deal with!
