RTM ARE THIEVES! My fiancee and I tried to get an apartment here in Aug. '12. We were delayed four times over the course of a month before being let into a "temporary" apartment which was not cleaned, with broken oven vent and toilet, and a disgusting bathtub. Then they said they'd allow us to move into the apartment we already had a contract for, but only if we'd pay an extra $50/mo over the contracted price, since now it was "rennovated".
