Always excellent service and courtesy.
I’ve been using Parker Automotive for many many years. My go to mechanic for all of my family’s cars maintenance and repair. If I could give them more than 5-stars I would. They go way far above my expectations. They have Great customer service representative’s. I'm always happy with their wonderful service.

I really want to say the everything was stellar when I brought my car in to have the starter replaced considering I was able to get it fixed the same day. But considering the final price was $1400 to have it replaced I'm not sure I can. Nearly every starter I've found for sale hovered around $100 to $300 but I was quite shocked to find a $650 starter on my bill. I can understand being charged $500 for labor but a 330% markup?
