i am very disappointed with this company, we ran a load for them as usual had to request the detention and of course we ran in to the issue of not sending the revised confirmation for several weeks!! we requested the detention on time!! after several attempts by email got back email that their billing closed out the load!!! we did not even BILL THEM YET STILL WAITING FOR THE REVISED FOR DETENTION WHICH THEY OWE TO US !!!!
