On hold for 30-40 minutes just to speak to someone. Water outage right now! No hot water everyday at 5am since January. Been living here 10 years and the last 2 have been miserable. These apartments are falling apart and management has gotten worse as well! Can't wait to leave!
I will never live in parkchester , small apartments, over priced, no parking , , not worth the money at all, I grew up visiting my grandmother there...
