It's funny how parkchester be yelling at kids to stay off the grass but it's fucking funny to me how they allow these trucks to fuck up the grass that we pay for monthly...I dare any parkchester employee to tell my kid not to walk on grass..
the management is horrible, there isn't a week going by without problem with elevators or water ,forget about scheduling for services, it doesn't matter how urgent it is ,they would mind giving you an appointment 2 months from when you need it, if your keys fall in the elevator shaft ,you have to $55.00 to get it back, the office management agents are the most disrespectful, trust me when i say it ,i have been living for 8 years, moving isn't easy ,more so with kids involved, so my advice :stay away if you can,dont be fooled... read more
Very Nice condominium, but parkchester is very neglected with new tenants, they rent apartments with bed buds infestation in which they knowing the problems, don't result the issues.
I love living in Parkchester, My wife and I have been here for almost 4 years and I learned to really appreciate the neighborhood.
It's been approximately 2-3 years since my husband and I applied for a 2 bedroom apartment. We did qualified for what we wanted and eventually got a call to see one. Unfortunately if you work 9-5 like us, they won't work with you to see and apartment after those hours. And hated it even more when the need more paperwork and tell you you don't qualify no longer for a two bedroom apartment. It's been 2-3 years now and still haven't got a second call since then.
