Worst apartment complex in San Pedro. All the apartments have roaches and mold and they’re useless in the office. Management has changed the office ladies 5 times in 3 years and the tenants suffer because of the lack of communication and organization in the office. They have had been multiple shootings in the last year as well as tenants cars being stolen in the night when this is a gated property. I don’t recommend anyone move here unless you have no other choice.

I live here now for 5 years. You break it repair sounds like Linda herself writing the review. Moved in with old blinds they said they would replace. Kitchen cabinets horrible never replaced. Paint pealing from prior tenants color. Mysterious mail comes to the house same time as rent goes up. Suspicious like they add people to your lease to make it go up. Good area. With all the recent changes going on with these apartments (not estates), I decided to randomly Google them. And in doing so, I happen to notice the negative reviews and am quite amused. It sounds as if some of the residents here are unhappy disgruntled residents that can’t handle change and should move. It’s pretty obvious from the two back-to-back negative reviews left 2 months ago, as well as the two back-to-back reviews left 2 days ago, that someone is trying to get someone fired. This once used to be a nice community until they got new management. They got crack heads (Someone just got shot & killed there this morning), mold, & roaches EVERYWHERE. The property management has a horrible attitude & does not like to help with anything only increasing your rent. Save yourself the headache.
