edited to respond to the below reply: I’ve attempted multiple times over the past two weeks to contact the leasing office and have only gotten voicemails and no response. Very typical of the reason I gave Park West 1 star to begin with. No communication, no care for their community.
I’ve had a serious roach problem in my apartment, and despite calling multiple times, nothing has been done. Management keeps saying they’ll send someone, but no one ever shows up. It’s unacceptable to be paying this much rent and still living with pests. This place is a complete disappointment. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere, Parkwest is not worth it!
Not luxurious at all. Dont waste your money renting mold infested apartments that management takes no effort in fixing. Leaks in the sealing that lead to mold growth, and then dragging their feet to send somebody over. There are much better and safer apartments that won’t kill off your health slowly
