I moved from another EQR property from El Segundo to Park West closer to my work. I have very positive experience with the move with friendly and helpful building admin staff and techs responding and supporting to all the needs promptly. Thank you!

I do hope that you see this comment and SERIOUSLY consider these things before moving here. I don't even post reviews and hate complaining tbh, but don't want folks experiencing what I a experiencing. Their team will come in the comments and say they value feedback and not do a damn thing. Their Property Manager has not answered not ONE of my 3 or 4 emails since I've moved here Feb '23. I pay $2200 for 589 sq ft. with standard amenities and a white fridge chile. They go up on rent yearly. So let me give you the list they ign... read more

Management is awful. They do not even know how to schedule for a meeting. We went to see some 2+2 apartments by scheduling via web but when we go there they told they have only 1 bedroom to show.

edited to respond to the below reply: I’ve attempted multiple times over the past two weeks to contact the leasing office and have only gotten voicemails and no response. Very typical of the reason I gave Park West 1 star to begin with. No communication, no care for their community.
