Had a tour scheduled and even called to confirm it a few days beforehand. No one showed up. Office was closed and locked. No "Be Right Back" sign or anything. Called Viva and Blu and was just on hold endlessly. I even drove over to Blu to see if anyone was there either. Nope. Locked with the blinds down. When I got the (multiple) emails confirming my appointment, they stated that I should "arrive on time" for my tour. Very helpful with anything I request
It's so hard to get a hold of Management for anything, they do not respond to emails or messages that you send. I filed a work order through their sytem on Jan 30th and it took them 14 days to(supposedly) order a sink, I can get 1 the same day. They do what they want when they want I feel and communication is terrible cannot state that enough.

It’s hard to get a hold of any management. I have been waiting to hear a response on an extra parking space for over a month now and it’s still pending. I came home today only to find out my other car was towed. This could have been prevented if I’d have heard back within a reasonable time from management.
