Very helpful
It’s hard to get a hold of any management. I have been waiting to hear a response on an extra parking space for over a month now and it’s still pending. I came home today only to find out my other car was towed. This could have been prevented if I’d have heard back within a reasonable time from management.
I just wanna say Dustin came to my apartment in a quick timely manner. He went above and beyond to make sure my door was secure to make sure my key still worked appropriately thank you Dustin for all your help.
I toured Renew Park Viva, and this complex is also very well-kept and maintained. It’s managed by the same company and has the same excellent maintenance crew, Dustin and Chris. I ultimately chose to live at Renew Avery Park, but Renew Park Viva was my other top choice. Kiara gave me the tour, she was very professional, knowledgeable about the property, and made the experience easy. I’m glad I chose to live at Renew Apartments!
Dustin and Nate is very helpful, when I need him he is there in a snap of a finger to fix any maintenance issue. Elijah is also the best staff I ever met.
