My refrigerator had begun to leak water, it has been in my unit for 13 years, I put in a service request to Mrs. Thomas, she said she would put in a service request for Calvin to assess the issue, he came and 2 weeks later, I was surprised with a new refrigerator! Calvin has been a great maintenance man, He has always been polite, respectful and on time to do what ever is needed, Overall Park Vista has a great staff! I've lived here now 3 years and I've had no issues...Like everyone in the reveiws Ms. Thomas is absolutely amazing, she's honest and very transparent. This is my second time leasing from William C. Smith and I have to say it's been great. BTW my apartment is great too....Just because it's in SE doesn't mean it's bad, the upkeep of my property is amazing.
It's been 7 amazing years.
