I would give zero stars if I could. Management here is trash. We signed our lease January 27, 2026 and already regret it. How they act when they want you to sign a lease VS How they treat you once you become a resident here are polar opposites. We weren't even here a month when management put a notice on all the building doors stating they were selling the property. Not to be mean but I apply for an apartment and was approved but then she turn around and started to ask for more information. And I ask why are you asking for more information I was approved and she told me that was a pre-approved. So to say all of this next time when y’all email a person saying that they are approved make sure it says pre-approved and not congratulation you’re approved. I was very disappointed in Ms. Alicia Brown, please do better

My refrigerator had begun to leak water, it has been in my unit for 13 years, I put in a service request to Mrs. Thomas, she said she would put in a service request for Calvin to assess the issue, he came and 2 weeks later, I was surprised with a new refrigerator! Calvin has been a great maintenance man, He has always been polite, respectful and on time to do what ever is needed, Overall Park Vista has a great staff!
