Ms Johnson and Ms Janice has been very pleasant to my husband and I we love the community nice and clean we’re new tenants haven’t had any problems.

I would give zero stars if I could. Management here is trash. We signed our lease January 27, 2026 and already regret it. How they act when they want you to sign a lease VS How they treat you once you become a resident here are polar opposites. We weren't even here a month when management put a notice on all the building doors stating they were selling the property. The people in the leasing office are lazy, incompetent, unprofessional and lack communication. If you need maintenance work done they will straight up ignore you... read more

Not to be mean but I apply for an apartment and was approved but then she turn around and started to ask for more information. And I ask why are you asking for more information I was approved and she told me that was a pre-approved. So to say all of this next time when y’all email a person saying that they are approved make sure it says pre-approved and not congratulation you’re approved. I was very disappointed in Ms. Alicia Brown, please do better
