very friendly staff! very clean, Vanessa did my pedicure , amazing job!
I was recommended this place, and Kammie did a wonderful job with my nails! I waited about an hour, so the wait was too long in my opinion. However, my biggest complaint is that I got a dip manicure and they are priced at $38. I got a marble paint, and no one told me until I was checking out that it would be an extra $20!!!!!! I can understand a $5 up charge and not telling me, but I ended up paying 58 and was NOT planning on spending that much. 1st visit. My nails look great!
My first time here. I went bc my sister gave me $5 gift cards. However, when I tried to use them, they wouldn’t let me. They said they could only be used one at a time and only if you spend more than $38. Even though NONE of those rules or restrictions was stated on the actual gift card. They made no effort to try and resolve the issue. Just kept saying, sorry and basically brushing me off. Needless to say I was pissed bc that’s literally the only reason I went there. There was a false fingernail left in my pedicure tub and when I asked her to get it out the nail tech looked at me like I was crazy. She filled up the tub with cold water and I had to ask her to put warm water in it and then it was so hot it was burning me. She filled it up so high that the water was splashing out and got all over my sandals that aren’t supposed to get wet. I said something and she was like don’t move around a lot.
