The lady did not ask me what I want or my comfort level. She mostly grabbed my feet to position it to her liking. She did her job. When I asked for a design, she rolled her eyes and raised her voice. My friend and I are not coming here again.
Love this place!! An awesome 1st time experience!!
This is a favorite place to get my nails done. They have been very accommodating when I go in a group of 4 or 5 and once we couldn't find a sitter for our 6year old and they set him up with a chair and soft drink. Right by us! Over and beyond with customer service.
My mother had never had a real pedicure experience, knowing that southlake would give us the experience we were after I chose this place, while I was a tad shell shocked at the price at first it was worth every penny! Finally we've found a little paradise! Thank you!
I love this place. The woman that does my nails is awesome! Every time I go in, they are always friendly. I have seen kids in there and they seem to treat them great. They have every color you can imagine and seem to be up on all the new trends.
So many colors to choose from. Fingers and toes done at same time - such a time saver.
