nice staff, they are really nice ,excellent service
RecommendedOverall, Eda and her staff are great. Limited to no crime on the property(I say limited because crime happened everywhere). Any issues I ever had, Eda always made sure she was on it and always followed up with me.

By far the best place I’ve decided to reside. Coming to Houston looking for an apartment was very stressful but the staff ( Ms. Eda and Ms. Don) made my process and move very easy. The property is well kept , safe, and the maintenance team is always on time. Definitely recommend Parktrails to anyone looking !
