Park Towne Place and their Agent Aaron Wilmer STEALS MONEY FROM SINGLE MOTHERS AND THEIR BABY! They stole $750 from me when I applied for an apartment with them. They took my credit card and said they were charging me for the application fee but then charged me a $750 security deposit for an apartment I didn't even have a lease for.
