Absolutely loved the Park Terrace community and property for the 2.5 years I lived here. Nestled into a beautiful, quiet, conveniently located neighborhood - truly a hidden Old Austin gem. Neighbors are friendly and warm, super responsive management, well maintained units, and an incredible interior courtyard and pool. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a small, quaint, non-corporate-feeling complex.
I had a wonderful time in my apartment here. Stayed for 3 years, and any complaints were well handled. Maureen is responsive and honest, and I had nothing but good things to say about her and the maintenance team, especially Jessie. The area itself is closer to downtown, so it comes with the expected pros and cons there as you would expect. I had a great experience living here. The apartment complex is quiet and well taken care of. Maureen is a great property manager who is quick to respond to requests and makes sure residents are comfortable.
I lived at Park Terrace the past two years, and it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Best thing about the apartment itself was that it would stay cool in the summer and also insulate heat in the winter very well. My unit never experienced many issues, and when issues did arise, management was attentive and solved problems expeditiously.
