Had a very "rocky" move out. I had to end my lease early to relocate for work, but was able to secure a tenant who ended up paying ~$200/mo more in rent still with no vacancy, and I was still hit with a re-letting fee of ~$1450, which is a month of rent. No justification as to what that cost was for. Left a bad taste in my mouth of an otherwise very pleasant stay. The apartment itself is solid - never had any major pest issues and the location is great. But I lost faith in management after this, very sad!
After living here for three years, I can confidently say this place is a hidden gem in the heart of Austin. The location is fantastic—close to so many outdoor spots and everything that makes Austin special. The sense of community made it an even better place to live. I really enjoyed my time here and will miss it.
I lived at Park Terrace for 3 years (2022 - 2025) and can't say enough good things. The complex is quiet, neighbors are all very friendly and property management is responsive and super helpful. I've recommended friends move here and made friends in my time there. The complex is very classically Austin, the pool is great and the grills are nice to have. I highly recommend!!!
I lived here for 3 wonderful years and absolutely loved it! The location is unbeatable — having the trail nearby was perfect for walks, runs, and just enjoying nature. Absolutely loved the Park Terrace community and property for the 2.5 years I lived here. Nestled into a beautiful, quiet, conveniently located neighborhood - truly a hidden Old Austin gem. Neighbors are friendly and warm, super responsive management, well maintained units, and an incredible interior courtyard and pool. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a small, quaint, non-corporate-feeling complex.
