I toured these apartments and they were beautiful and and a bang for your buck, I was impressed by the layouts of the floorplans, and the lease agent seemed attentive and answered all my questions, the pool was dirt and I mentioned it and she said it will be back up again before I move in.All and all, great vibes.
I lived at Park Terrace for 3 years and each one was delightful. The location is unbeatable - you can walk to Zilker, Terry Black's, Barton Springs, downtown, Sandy's, the list goes on! The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. If you ever have a maintenance request, the property manager will handle it immediately. I couldn't recommend Park Terrace more!
I lived at Park Terrace for several years and truly can't say enough good things about it. The location is hard to beat - it's close to everything while still feeling tucked away, quiet, and private. I lived at Park Terrace for 6 years. Can honestly say it was the best part of my time living in Austin. The location can't be beat, it is in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the downtown parks and river. The property itself is gorgeous and maintained very well, management was always very responsive and kept the property running smoothly.
