Friendly workers and nice area! I had my problems when I had first moved in but the workers were always on top of it. I never had to wait long for matinence and they were always very polite! I absolutely loved the layout of my apartment.. especially the fact that the toilet wasn't next to the bathtub.. made it SO MUCH easier to bathe my toddler! There was TONS of closet space and storage throughout the whole hallway and washers and dryers in every building so I didn't have to go offsite to wash my laundry unless I wanted to.
DRUG DEALERS LIVE HERE! This is a dangerous place to live! These apartments are filled with drug dealers, users, and general low lifes! With no respect for there neighbors you have to put up with loud music and such. The office doesn't care to help either, all they say is to call the police. Very thin walls / floors, bath tub floor squeaks VERY LOUDLY. You WILL hear when ever the people in the 6 apartments next to yours takes a shower. Decent place to live When we were looking for a house and our lease was up at the place we were staying, we moved into these apartments. They aren't the best places in the world, but they worked for us. The prices are too outragous, and they are in good repair. They don't have a lot of the extras that the other apartments have. I felt safe and we had a good time while we were there.
close to Medical University of Ohio In walking distance to Medical University of Ohio, about 10 minutes walking. Standard multi storey apartment complex. Cross street is a big shopping center. Walmart, aldi are there. Another large shopping center is in 5 minutes driving distance. Kroger, Sears are there. apartment area is quite and clean. Spacious rooms. Storage and laundry are available.
central air conditioning The apartments are spacious. Large bedrooms, living room, kitchen. Central air conditioning and heating. Internet and TV Cables are available. A convenient and comprehensive package. Big parking lots. But the rental is expensive, compared with neighbor apartments at that area.
Fine for the money We lived here for about a year, and felt it was fine: nothing to get excited about, but no big minuses either. It was conveniantly located to the Conocordia Theological Seminary, and also to Glenbrook Mall. They gave a rental discount for good grades, which was great. Also, the deposit was cheap.
