Fine for the money We lived here for about a year, and felt it was fine: nothing to get excited about, but no big minuses either. It was conveniantly located to the Conocordia Theological Seminary, and also to Glenbrook Mall. They gave a rental discount for good grades, which was great. Also, the deposit was cheap. Our unit could have used new carpeting, and it faced a fairly busy road, so the traffic noises could be a little annoying at times. Some of the neighbors tended to be noisy as well. Decent place to live When we were looking for a house and our lease was up at the place we were staying, we moved into these apartments. They aren't the best places in the world, but they worked for us. The prices are too outragous, and they are in good repair. They don't have a lot of the extras that the other apartments have. I felt safe and we had a good time while we were there.
great for our son Our son lived here for 3 years while in college, it was great for him. No app fee, no deposit, referral credits and discounts on rent due to his employer were all great reasons to move there. It was nice enough for young men and also can be done up very nice for young women, Megan was great to work with on anything that came up. lots of stuff to do lots to do in these apartments theres a underground pool a park for the kids a park for just dogs and a hiking trail in the woods the apts are ok too and management is real friendly and you can have medium dogs too PROS: parks,pool,friendly CONS:
Friendly workers and nice area! I had my problems when I had first moved in but the workers were always on top of it. I never had to wait long for matinence and they were always very polite! I absolutely loved the layout of my apartment.. especially the fact that the toilet wasn't next to the bathtub.. made it SO MUCH easier to bathe my toddler! There was TONS of closet space and storage throughout the whole hallway and washers and dryers in every building so I didn't have to go offsite to wash my laundry unless I wanted to.
Not Really Saving When Someone's Stealing The Stuff In Your Car I had my share of problems in the beginning - and they never seemed to stop. There is a permanently wet wall in my bathroom due to old pipes and bad drywall, the staff has been huffy about having to fix anything for me, the appliances come with defects which need extra modification - but they only tend to the units when people realize their failure, they will enter my apartment whether I like it or not "too look for infestation"s that are never there, my car has... read more
