Roach infested, no rent control. Rent increase $100 annually. Man murdered on the property April 20, 2025. Police on premises 4 times per week. Many tenants are addicts, homeless, mentally ill. Fist fights between tenants. Loud community. Please don't move here. The Management extremely rude and selfish. I moved out several months ago. Now, I have peace.
The entire building is infested with cockroaches. They turn off the water for the 8 hours during the day, multiple times a month, at least 60+ days per year. If any resident has a water problem, they have to turn off the water for all 100 apartments. The rent is excessive considering the conditions you have to live in. Not sure why there are comments about roaches. We found one roach in our apartment. I called Linda and she immediately scheduled for pest control. They came and I haven't seen another roach for 2 years. I feel like people are simply just lying on these reviews because they got evicted.
