Roach infested, no rent control. Rent increase $100 annually. Man murdered on the property April 20, 2025. Police on premises 4 times per week. Many tenants are addicts, homeless, mentally ill. Fist fights between tenants. Loud community. Please don't move here. The Management extremely rude and selfish. I moved out several months ago. Now, I have peace. This place is alright when you move in, then after a couple months it goes down hill. Moved in at the end of August and we’re now on the 3rd manager, if not more because no actual property manager is ever around. Homeless encampments are always popping up. You also have your neighbors in and out of the dumpsters at all hours of the night. Pool has been shut down because some moron drowned, and the “manager” only apologizes for the inconvenience. Mario, had faith in you until my security/safety is now in jeopardy as someone made a less than intelligent decision. Having posted a good review I am Now AWARE SAFETY is not of concern to whoever made that decision. What a difference a day makes. We already encountered an intruder that ended in a fatal shooting in our parking lot/garbage disposal area on Easter Sunday. What's next? I live in a gated complex, keys needed to enter. End

The entire building is infested with cockroaches. They turn off the water for the 8 hours during the day, multiple times a month, at least 60+ days per year. If any resident has a water problem, they have to turn off the water for all 100 apartments. The rent is excessive considering the conditions you have to live in.
