Great place to live with staff that truly goes above and beyond. Brandon in the leasing office made the move easy and stress free and has even been super attentive checking up on me and my partner after our move in and Henry the maintenance tech has also been incredibly attentive and prompt with any maintenance needs. I really appreciate the whole team and recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
Since Brian joined the building team, Ive noticed a positive shift in how concerns get handled. He listens to grievances with full attention and follows up with a written email right away - no runaround’s or delays. He has already secured approval for improved security measures and continues working to get additional building improvements. I appreciate his hands-on approach and fresh perspective.
No apartment in LA is perfect. My partner and I were searching for months until we came across this place. The staff and neighbors were super friendly and one of the workers, Brandon went above and beyond for us and helped us get a unit at Park Terrace. So far everything has been going well, and the staff are super reliable and attentive when you need something. Park Terrace apartments are the best. the office staff is on point and communicative and helpful. The building is new, clean and very nest and tidy the walls r clean and the units r nice and spacious. And if I may mention names Brandon the leasing gentleman was very on hand responsive and very communicative he knew what he was doing and did it quickly so we can get i to our new home.
