I made a reservation 4 days ealier this past Saturday night at 6pm. When we arrived they said they didn't have my reservation but I could put my name on a list and wait 1-1.5 hrs. 3hrs later I got a text saying they were unable to seat us because they were going into late night. Luckily we had left and went to Toby Keith's. I wouldn't go back to park tavern if they paid me.
The only reason I didn't leave the restaurant yesterday, is because it was so cold. I would never leave a bad review unless I called to speak to the manager and she has yet to call me back. I will never bring a client back to have lunch there ever again. The hostess were so incredibly rude... I will say the Server was very nice she did at least make up for the POOR CUSTOMER service from the two hostess there..

WORST SERVICE EVER. No one greeted us when we walked in. Went upstairs, had to move chairs around whIle staff watched, only after we did their job did they approach us, because now they want a tip. Girl behind bar was snotty and rude, others complained about her. I decided to go downstairs to tell a manager how horriible her attitude was. Snotty girl ran down to plead her case before I could get to a manager. With all the restaurants over there, do not waste your time on over priced food and bad service.
