This place is fucked up!!! NEVER COME HERE!!! I was trying to close my tap and got dragged away by the bouncers. The dumbest bartender Victoria Garcia lied to the cop so I'll get in trouble. Karma is a bitch. On the way out meathead/juice-monkey bouncers took my ID and a wedding ring. They got my ID back but my $4000 wedding ring still sitting in one of the bouncer's pokets. Going to call my lawyer first thing in the morning to see how can I sue this place.
So sad. While traveling on business I met a friend here for beers and apps. Had a great time and really enjoyed the place. So I decided to come back on my way out of town with five coworkers before our flight home. However we were told that they do not split checks. I asked to speak to the manager. He was no help. Great large group experience! We travelled to Rosemont with a party of 24 for a volleyball tournament - the General Manager made last minute accommodations so that we could have a team dinner and both the food and the service were excellent. Every order was done correctly, the prices are very reasonable and the waiters and waitresses we had on each of our visits over the long weekend were INCREDIBLE. Our server was amazing and sweet and very professional that's the only reason I'm giving this place a star at all.... Food is cold and tastes preheated and the manager is rude and has a very bad attitude, when my brother and I asked to change tables because the one we were sitting at was broken, she rolled her eyes, said I guess I'll have to change the other reservation (we literally wanted to sit at the next table) and walked away.
