I would recommend this office to other people who have anxiety/severe anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Holz was very patient, listened to my concerns and explained things thoroughly. Leah was my hygienist and she was also great!
I’ve always vehemently cared about dental hygiene yet had a difficult time finding a reputable dentist in Orlando after moving here from Miami. I’m so happy I was referred to Dr. Byrnes & the staff at Park Smiles! Everyone is incredibly warm, friendly, & informative. I especially love that it’s a family business! Plus, the location is ideal & easy to find! I really like that they’ve placed artwork on the ceiling for patients to look at during their teeth cleaning, and Dr. Byrnes always has really sweet bow ties.
Wonderful experience! The staff is friendly and made sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. If possible, request Leah as your dental hygienist she was an absolute pleasure!
There is a reason why they are named Park Smiles Dentistry. Because you are welcomed with smiles and you leave with a smile because it is that enjoyable of an experience. No one really enjoys going to the dentist and with having hypersensitive teeth it is very painful for me to have an exam or even a cleaning done. But, Dr. Byrnes put all of my fears at ease and also used numbing gel so I would be comfortable during my cleaning. Sarah, my hygienist, is also fabulous!
