RecommendedI had a cleaning appointment with Leah on Monday, September 28, 2020 , and felt very safe with all their new Covid procedures. My experience was that Leah is very knowledgeable, capable, careful, gentle and meticulous... along with being friendly. After my appointment, I made another with her in the future. 😁 <-- my teeth now :)
I had my first cleaning today...and my first filling...with this practice. I have never been more comfortable at a dentist’s office than I was today. The staff took the time to get to know me, to make me smile (and even laugh a little) and; make it not such an undesirable experience. Nobody likes going to the dentist but these people make it so much more bearable and so very comfortable.
My fear of the dentist office has been cured. I was treated so wonderful by just my appointment, then greater by the fabulous Angel Leah, then Dr. Holtz, just a feeling of it's going to be ok now. I feel so blessed to have googled Park Smiles 😁
I have serious anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but my friend recommended I go there for a dental emergency. They are friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them. I will be back!!
Due to my dentist retiring, Park Smiles took over his practice. I have been very happy with Dr. Drew Byrnes and his staff since the takeover. The staff are all very caring, kind and courteous. They make sure that your experience is as pleasant as possible (that says a lot when you have dentist phobias...lol). I also would like to say that I had a dental emergency during the pandemic and they took every precaution to make me feel comfortable and safe about not transmitting the disease. Amanda fit me in first thing this morning as a new patient with a prior cracked veneer on my front tooth that fell off. I met Katherine and Dr. Byrnes. He was remarkable and very understanding of my appearance and not only was he skillfully able to temporarily rebond the piece (which I saved) he made the smile better than it looked in years, he gave me a price to redo both front teeth with crowns for $800 less than my previous dentist. I now have a new Dentist.
I have put off going to the dentist for far too long, due to a past bad experience. I found Park Smiles Dentistry from a Facebook ad, and decided to give them a try. They are beyond awesome!! Nicole was considerate of my fears and made every effort to help me relax. Dr. Holz explained my options clearly and didn’t pressure me in any way. I left there with a clear plan of action and I’m actually looking forward to going back!
The worst. he is a real jerk.
