Management says.park is pet friendly but don't believe it. You are supposed to walk your dog in your own yard only. To save money on the community water bill management suggest to take dog to groomers not give them a bath. No dogs allowed signs everywhere in park. Not allowed to even walk in sidewalk in front of club house. Could go on. Forever...

I love spending my winters at Park Royale. There are many activities to keep me busy and the people are amazing! It is a beautiful place to live.
I enjoy being at the park but they are getting way over priced for their monthly lot fee for what you have there, we know of places that offer much more for much less money l think it's time you rethought your pricing policy did you forget that most of the people there are retired
I love living here....
