this is not an official website done by Park Royale management. the name of the park is Park Royale mobile home community. the phone number and Thursdays hours are wrong. I don't know who created this website but it was not done by any community manager
Love living here. Great people. Lots of activities.
Notification of rental increase beginning January 2019. Only $26 per month more, that's $312 more per year; but what does the increase buy? A functioning trash compactor, reasonable water/sewer monthly charges, handicapped accessible club house? NO, the increase is based on the "prevailing market rate". The management of the park will remain status quo despite the increase.
We have been living there for 1 year and loving it. We were so sad that Irma would take it away from us. Praise the lord, He answered our prayers. We can't wait to get back home.
