Park Regency is lacking in gust parking. These are really nice, quaint apartments. My good friends live here currently, and I always have a nice time relaxing at the beautiful pool, or on their balcony. They do let you paint a wall or two which is nice for apartment living. They have elevators too, since there are a lot of stairs here at this complex. There is a huge drawback though, GUEST PARKING! It is so limited it is crazy, We often have to park at the 711 and walk in. Can be scary doing that at night. It is gated though... read more
